  1. Sperm are cells. So, they are made of the same biological molecules as the rest of your cells: proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids.

    However, if you are asking what s***n is made of, that's different. Sperm only count for up to 5% of s***n. The rest of s***n is:

    seminal fluid from the seminal vesicle (~70%) - includes enzymes, amino acids, sugars (to provide energy for the sperm), Vitamin C, prostoglandins

    prostate fluid from the prostate gland (~25%) - includes enzymes, citric acid, zinc


  2. Sperm is mostly made out of preotein. Its only organelle is a mitochondria to power it during its long journey. It also has some chemicals at the tip that, when broken, allow entrance into the egg.
