  1. It is a big statue in Tallahassee of a naked lady.  Its really hot looking.  The homeless people gather there and m********e on weekends.

  2. Your question is unclear.  Still, I will first answer your question.  In Florda, the statute of limitations for an oral contract is 4 years, for a wrtten contract 5 years, and for an open account 4 years.

I say that your question is unclear, because it would appear that you are looking at a credit report.  A delinquency (even if not a followed by a lawsuit) will usually remain on a credit report 7 years, a judgment for 10.

It shows when the person was delinquent, and when it was seriously delinquent, so that future lenders can make a credit determination based on past performance.  It is possible that all delinquencies were cleared up.  But this does not mean that the information is not material to a future credit decision.

So, if you are asking whether or not YOU can sue someone, then you can do so only if YOU are the crditor, are owed money, and the first breach did not occur more than 4 years ago for an oral contract or open account, or 5 years ago for a written contract.

If you are worried about information on your credit report, it has nothing to do with the statute of limitations.
