What is the first step of owning or creating my own magazine? How and where are magazines printed????

you can start by publishing a one sheet newsletter yourself at home and selling it to friends and family.

If you want to start a commercial magazine you will need loads of money or backers with loads of money, a good idea and LOTS of hard research that such a magazine would make money. Then you hire a load of people to create it and sell the advertising and get a printer person to print the first edition. Get figures for how many were sold and hope the backers will continue funding.
