I once drank 200 proof vodka and went blind for about 5 seconds.  Learned my lesson.  Stick to beer or wine and you'll be better for it.  But if you must drink stay in control and don't act the fool.  Tequilla or Jack Daniels is a better buzz than rum or vodka.

Captain morgan is usually about 70 proof, many vodkas get around 80

so ounce-for-ounce most vodkas will probably get you waisted faster.

if you want to really get hit fast, there are some extra-strong rums/vodkas, that get into the 150+ proof ranges.

do you know nothing about liquor? i mean about proof and percentage of alcohol in the bottle? it's on the label usually on the bottom. just look at the percentage. then it's all about what you like better.

Vodka has 5% more alcohol per ounce, than Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, or Captain Morgan Tattoo.  Captain Morgan Parrot Bay has less alcohol than the Spiced or the Tattoo....If your just randomly wanting to get drunk, and not trying to pick from what you already have...there are plenty of other, stronger alcohols---Peppermint Schnapps(50.5 %), Hot d**n 100 proof (50%) Wild Turkey 101 (50.5%) Everclear (90%) Whiskey, Tequila, Vodka, Gin mostly have about 40%

Depends what country you are drinking in. The UK has stopped the sale of alcohol over 45%. Or thereabouts. So if you are drinking in the UK they will be about the same. Other wise look for Vodka with a percentage of alcohol over 40% as that's the strength of Captain Morgans.

That aside getting really drunk is not that much fun. Try getting merry instead as its more enjoyable.
