If you're asking because you're going in for a job interview, I'd go in sometime before the lunch rush, maybe soon after they open, or after the lunch rush, between 2 and 4pm.

average is about 7-11 but it might be earlier or later.

They are independantly owned, and can set their own hours. The only way to know for your area is to call the individual business. There are 3 of them in my small town, and some are open more than others. Good luck!
