What is swimming in my green pool?

Well my pool pump is broken and so we havent really been able to take care of it for the past couple weeks. So it turns green and we cover it, well in the jacuze there are these tiny bugs of some kind just swimming and jerking around in the water. what are they?

It's mosquitoes hatching I had the same thing, a horror story.

Load the water with chlorine.

Take your net and pick up the lava,  lay the net in the sun.

and repeat and so on.
