What is telepathpy?

i do not command this abilty but a couple of times i have passed by complete strangers and have picked up a name the next thing some body has called to them and that was the name in my mind

telepathy is stuff like reading minds, communicating through your mind and occasionally mind control and predicting the future is associated. telepathy is not to be confused with telekinesis which is moving things with your mind.( :

Telepathy is, for lack of better terms, the ability to communicate with other people through your mind.  From what I know, it's only possible to send pictures and feelings to other people, and that takes immense training.  However, the presence of telepathy as a subconscious process explains a lot of things (such as mob physics, mass religious experience, etc)
