Hi im 28yrs old separated w/ 3 kids. I have an American boyfriend and were planning to get married but im already married here in my 1st husband but were separated for almost 9yrs. I was planning to file an annulment but my bf wnt it to get done in just 4months. Is it posible for me to get it done in just months?

Theres a few ppl ask me to get singleness in DFA and im surely can ger it but the problem is if the US embassy conduct a double checking in DFA they will know that i got a illegal document.

Do the US embassy really check the record in cencus?

I really wnt to get annul in just 4months.

thank you

  1. In the US, there is a time limit on an annulment for marriage.  You have to be married for less than a certain amount of time to be eligible.  They will do a check to make sure you are not currently married to anyone.  If you are still married legally to a person, there's no way you can get married to your current b/f.

  2. there is no quickest way to enter the US, first of all you are still married , therefore you bf will not be able to get you a fiance visa or else ,

and yes , i assure you the USCIS will check on your civil registry,in the Philippines.

you will have to have an attestation of

you would have to prove that you relationship has been going on for a length of time , letters, telephone calls ,pictures ,etc.

if you are found to have false documents or lied ? you will be barred from ever entering the US and if you bf is aware ,he will be fined ,

    Penalties:

If you knowingly or willfully falsify or conceal a material fact or submit a false document with this request, we will deny the benefit you are filing for and may deny any other immigration benefit. In addition, you will face severe penalties provided by law and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

  3. the united states has laws against polygamy -- they probably wouldn't check records before you got married but if your annulment never went through you would be endangering yourself, your citizenship status, and your boyfriend/future husband.

  4. Separated 9years at age 28 with 3 children? nevermind.. If i was you.. i don't want to mess my papers.. tell your bf to wait and process your anulment. The embassy will find out when u lying. When your BF US citizen petition for you, He will put your children too unless you choose not to put your children on the list then probably its safety for you to lie. But once u want to bring your children in USA someday its gonna be a  problem..

    Fiancee Visa is fast   I-129F

Good luck to you.. Hope you have to choose the best options.

  5. Let me guess, you're from the Philippines, right?

To answer your question.  The US embassy has people who are experts at detecting fraud and ferreting out fraudulent documents.  If you attempt to claim unmarried status, while married, they will catch you and ban you for life from entering the United States.

  6. Plan on 18 months AFTER you have been married for ONE year and FILE the spouse visa application papers. The costs will run you/him about $1,300 or $2,000 for the application. The American BF will have to show his income for the last 3 years exceeded $17,000 for each of those years. I know, I've done it. Good luck, sweetie. I wish you the best. And, you should know the American government is changing the rules and the fees. That is recent news and I don't know how much the rules will change.

  7. USA to meet my fiancee? If you have not meet him he will have to come and meet you before he can apply for your Visa, as for your annulment, has your married been recorded? some forget to record it but if it was recorded you have to get an annulment and then your BF can apply for your visa. Be very careful as if USCIS finds any false documents your visa will be gone and you will be put on a black list and will be denied to enter in to the USA.

There is no way you will get a tourist visa if you can not show property ownership, bank account and a stable job that will give you a letter allowing you to take leave and when you return still have a job. Sorry he will have to come here to meet you and then apply for a visa.
