What is that 1980's comedy?

I'm looking for the name of a late 80's or early 90's comedy. This young guy works in an advertising company for the father of the girl he likes. At some point he suggests putting LED displays in the toilets for advertising. There's also something about a signed baseball ball of great value. That's pretty much all I remember of it, anybody has a clue?
