Me and my cousin were looking at a bands myspace and their headline said " that's what she said"...that's where you laugh. and then we were like whats that's what she said? then i started hearing it alot so i was just wondering what it was

my friend is a big fan of that phrase. it's basically goes like this: if a girl says something, that is meant to be innocent, but some how it can lead to a totally different meaning (because the person that she was talking to could think of it as an induendo- since that person can have a dirty mind).

once the girl has said a comment like that, then a guy or whoever's response would be "that's what she said." basically, it's a phrase that people with dirty minds would say.
