What is that Lamb chop joke?

The fair is 2marrow and the theme for our lamb is Lamb Chops. Does anyone know any jokes about lamb chops or how that joke goes? Doesn't it start like what does a lamb say during karate? I dunno please help

The guy walked into the restaurant and said to the waiter "I'd like 2 lamb chops please, and make them lean"

And the waiter said "which way?"

i think it is meant for a pig, it goes what do you call a pig that knows karate? pork chop. but you could say what do you call a lamb that know karate? lamb chop. i guess it works both ways
