I think I've seen a similar blue thing on the shoulder of some other player as well...

yeah i also remember someone else who had it. It isn't meant for fashion purposes, its meant for shoulder injuries. I think it makes it so her shoulder is more stable. I think some tennis player also had it on.

She has had shoulder surgery a lot and wears it to help her shoulder. Its kind of like a brace.

She recently had surgery, and has made an incredible recovery. It is a shoulder brace, so that when she is serving her shoulder doesn't get reinjured.
