its a book about a girl and a boy in their teens and they both don't know each other and then they meet one night. all i know is that the girl is running away from problems at home and then she meets this boy and they go on an adventure together.

isn't it "The Host" by Stephenie Meyer?? I'm not really sure. Maybe I'm like kidding:)) but there's a lot of books that has that kind of plot.
