What is that dish?

In a new Master cCard commercial, they show a man being served an interesting dish while sitting (supposedly) in a place where some great of Rock and Roll got his start. Music "Lay Down Sally" by Eric Clapton is plaing in the background, so it could be a guess that this is where Eric Clapton got his start. Can anyone identify this dish he is served?

looks like a really good pot-pie, but since i can't figure out the restaurant, i can't tell for sure.

I thought the same thing when i saw it, it was like d**n, that looks good!  then d**n, they didn't say where this place was!

It's Shepard's Pie, still a fav of Mr. Clapton's to this day.
