  1. I have no clue what that Irish website is, but I'll comment on the eBay thing.

I use eBay ALL the time, and I buy things where if one thing goes wrong with the item I got, the item I got wont work, so in-other-words, I buy very complex mechanical/electrical items.

I have not had ONE bad experience in all my years of using eBay

If you buy from someone with good feedback, then its like buying from a friend, so its not as risky. Because people with good feedback, obviously do good bussiness, and don't want to reck up their reputaion.

NOW, if you buy from someone with under 10 possitive feedback, you are taking a much larger risk. If you are buying a complex item, then I would recommend not buying from anyone under 15 positive feedback.

If you buy from eBay stores, everything would be brand new, and by reliable people selling them. Such as someone with 100+ positive feedback.

Don't buy from someone who has under 92% positive, you are taking a risk.

I hope this helped. again, I NEVER have any problems with eBay, and I find it quite fun. I also make money by buying things low and selling them high.

    Good luck to you!
