Question:

What is that little nub inside the top of a peanut?

I don't know if i heard it, dreamed it, or what...but i'm thinking that little part of the peanut is its s*x organs. and i hate it. i hate genitalia on anything not human. anybody know for real, and not just a guess?

  2. Peanuts are seeds, and that means they have no s*x organs. In fact, the s*x organs of plants are the flowers.

    That little nub is something which I don't remember the name of, but if that peanut were planted instead of roasted, that nub would eventually sprout into a new peanut plant. I think it might be called an embryo or something.

  3. It's where the peanut is attached to the root of the peanut plant underground.
