What is that makes women not all of them but some will?

just raise up there shirts and show off their breast as if they are some kind of trophe or something, then if some guy goes and looks at them they get all upset and scream sexual harsement?

I know. Some of them like the attention, but they don't like the touchy. It sucks, I know. Sorry to say, but if you don't know who ever is doing that, my advice is to just ignore it. You'll get in much more trouble because who are they gonna believe? The man who everyone thinks just wants s*x or the girl who looks all innocent? Exactly.  

Most of the people who do that just lack attention and they want it. Or they have some sort of psychological problem with them. I don't get why some girls do it, but I guess they're not all right in their brain. If I were a girl who showed off her b***s all the time and some guy layed a finger on me, well I saw that coming. And I shouldn't be complaining when I'm tempting and teasing people to do it.

I have wondered that myself many times.

I think when a women gets drunk and in the heat of the moment when every one else is doing it, they do it.

I also have a problem with when a women does something like that she will turn around and yell rape if a man wants to get to know her better.

When a women says NO, that is what she means, other wise you could end up in jail, it does not matter if she takes all of her clothes off and sits on top of you and then says no, she can turn around and yell rape.

Your best bet is to stay away from women who feel it necessary to show off their b*****s in public for some "Booby Beads"!!!
