About a teenage brother and sister that get zapped into a TV show set in the 50s, that is black and white, and everyone there is super-normal? And then as they, by being there, awaken the town to be more lively and interesting, it also turns color?

It's the character played by Tobey's favorite tv show and Reese and him both get into the tv show when a cable guy does something (give him a controller?).
