I heard the sport commentator say it was tape because of shoulder surgery.

its a type of bandage that also relieves pain and energizes you. she had shoulder surgery and is being cautious

she is still not 100 percent from her surgery earlier this yr. The medical tape is supposed to help w/ stuff (i guess)She is just being cautious.She's probably playing at 90 something percent strength from that shoulder atm. (which is still wayyyyy too good.lol) She doesnt really need to exert herself until the matches are more important.(also, she  has improved on her finesse shots since she doesnt slam it very much now)

but still, how many blocks did she have yesterday 10? 12? lol
