What is that one cockatoo?

it is all black but on its tail featheres and featheres behind its eye has white dots? what type is that??

It is a funeral cockatoo.  Extremely rare in the U.S.

im not sure but it might be a red-tailed black cockatoo....ive never seen one in person i dont know its details that much

It could possibly be a Red-tailed Black Cockatoo. It has white dots on it's tail feathers and around and behind it's eyes. It does have red on the tail also.
