What is that outdoor game called with the two heavy balls that are connected by a short rope?

I saw some people playing a game where you throw this thing. It has two balls with a short rope in the middle. You throw it at some bars that are at various heights and try to get the balls to wrap around it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
