What is that pink thing in the sky

on my way home i saw the clouds thought they were pretty to take a picture of but when i got home to upload the pictures i noticed the pink cloud

I saw that, too. it's been raining around here a lot.

It could be the sunset, and the clouds cover some of it up, so it shows some or little of the sunset.

A cloud is white.  Thus if the reflection of the sun's light with some far-away rain was not absorbed by the cloud, it would probably appear pink.

Whoa dude, what you saw was a commercial airliner spontaneously exploding into millions of pieces instantly vaporizing every man, woman, and child on board. The special nitrate engine fuel erupted into a deadly poison gas cloud which looked something like pink. The poor hijackers of Iraqi descent were never seen again.
