What is that show on SBS where a doctor cuts open dead bodies...

There is this show on Australian TV...Its on SBS i dont know about other countries but there is this surgeon i assume who cuts cross sections through dead bodies in order to investigate the problem this person had suffered...does anyone know what it is called?
