What is that soft song called that plays on Naruto everytime they are about to go on a new journey called?

Judging from the VERY First couple of episodes I thought it was Sasuke's Theme whenever he walked in a room but now they play it when they are about to start a new journey Every ONCE in a while. it's usually rare to hear it but it also played on Episode # 185 right when Naruto was leaving the Hidden Leaf Village and carrying that Onbou on his back until it got big enough to walk on it's own. I know the song is hard to find but I know one of you true Naruto fans know it out there!!! PLEASE HELLLLP!!!!!!!! Thank-you.

I think the music used is called Sasuke Theme,it seems to be the same one used it here as well as used during other occasions.
