What is that sound on Q100??

Question

Ok, the clues are "you will do this at LEAST once this summer" and "no running" . From the last clue it leads me to believe its either a)something to do with a pool or b)someone walking and doing something maybe?

I have been trying to figure it out since day 1. My best guess is opening a locker door.
