  1. falafal isnt meat.. its more like a vegetarian burger or ball..

    its made from ground up fava beans & chickpeas.. with some sesame seeds, flour, garlic, onion and parsley.. you add a bit of salt, water, make a patty from it and deep fry it.. put these fried bean balls on pita bread with some tahini sauce (sesame seed paste) and some pickles, onions and tomatoes and you have 'good' eating..

    never heard of donair meat though... sorry..


  2. not sure what donair meat is...sounds um interesting!

    falafel is not meat at all, it is made from chickpeas or sometimes called gorbonso beans.  falafel is really good and also good for vegeterians!

  4. Either beef or lamb ground up and mixed with filler like breadcrumbs.  Kinda like meatloaf or sausage.  Falafel grounf up spiced chickpeas cooked itno cakes.
