What does it mean when they curl their biceps and put their hand to their shoulder? Is it some cool gesture that I'm just unaware of? The dancers do it all the time and I simply don't get it!

when they do that, it makes the shape of the number 4.

and it stands for IV Real, (IV = 4).

4 = the fourth season.
