What is that toothpaste call?

Theres this toothpaste my cousin told me about a month ago but we both forgot about it and he brought it up today but we forgot the name. its like something bright... pro bright.... or light or whatever i forgot it :/

but it said you add a little bit of regular toothpaste with it and that will make your teeth whitener... please help!!
