I dont know of any chain restuarants, unless you go to a mall and in the food court is usually manchu wok or something or panda express..somethin like that

but my favortie has to be happy garden

Normally Chinese reatuarants are independently owned and not chain restaurants that would be nationwide.

If you go by stores (aka chain restaurants), then it would be Panda Express and P.F. Changs.

Other than that, I wouldn't know how to quantify #1 in America.
