What is the 'locker' on my computer screen?

there is a symbol in the browser that says 'locker' .. anybody tell me what this is and does..

It is a free locker assitant from Microsoft which includes the following:

Free password Manager Plus

Microsoft Defender

Robo Form

If you open it there are options to set it up

You may have Softpedia's Browser Locker utility installed.  It prevents unauthorized browser access.  If you no longer want it installed go to CONTROL PANEL, ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, and see if it is installed under that name to uninstall it.  Here's more info on the program itself...
