What is the 411 about the so called "legal weed" that you can order on-line, Is it legit or a scam?

I think your talking about salvia.  Salvia divinorum is plant (weed) that is not illegal and you can legally order it online.  When ingested it causes very brief (~5 minute) visual and auditory hallucinations and a "falling" sensation.  The effects can range from mild to very intense.  There are no apparent long term effects.

its legal but its not the kind that you are used to. In other terms it is weed but is not what people normally think of weed. I have heard it does something in terms of getting you high but not much.

It really depends on what exactly you are buying.

There is stuff called "legal bud" that is a scam and doesnt work at all but most of the stuff out there is legit.

Theres this amazing stuff in Ireland thats made locally and its mind blowing - called "smoke".

If you get "smoke" make sure to wait a few minutes after doing it because its trippy and can be too intense for some people.

it differs.  if you're talking about stuff like wild dagga, etc. some people say it works and some people say it doesn't.

most of it is placebo, and it can't be anything like real weed because thc is illegal.  some say there's a mild calming effect and that's as far as it goes.

anyway, it's probably worth trying.  even people who say it doesn't work say that it has a decent taste and it's nice to smoke.

weed is illegal because of its active ingredient thc. thats what gets you high.  if it contains thc, its illegal.  logically speaking, the weed could only be legal if it does not contain thc.
