What is the 5.95 to at olive garden?

I was wondering i saw on the commercial for olive garden that theres something for 5.95? i was wondering what that was? was it like an all you can eat thing for a certain time or what?

Its the lunch all u can eat soup and salad combo wth breadsticks. It is all I eat when I go there.
