I may have misunderstood the question, do you mean that the dream of people in USA is to have a better government OR our dream is to have a better Government like USA one?

Nikola, could you please continue with your caculation sum all the people killed by those presidents you mentioned and divide by their numbers and tell us the average people killed per president?

Don't include the people killed indirectly through support of other countries like Israel or other terrorist organisations, otherwise your caculator will run our of numbers.
