What is the American equivalant to the Canon Digital Camera IXUS 80 IS?

I need a new camera but im traveling to the Florida in a few days and think ill probably get it cheaper over there but cant seem to find this model on the US websites. Is there an American eqivalant so i know im getting the same camera? Its 8.0MP

Hi Shellie. (:)).   You don't mention where you are writing from but if you can,  get your camera in your country.    You might find a great deal in America but the 1 year warranty that is provided with a camera will not be honored where you live.   So.....  should something happen to your camera and it stop working,  it will not be covered, unless you send it back to the US Canon repair facility.    That is the policy of Nikon and Canon.   Don't know about the other brands.
