Do you get along with him/her? What do you like/dislike about him/her? I promise not to tell! Mention your sign as well please.

My current bosses are Pisces (female)- vice pres, Scorpio (male) Pres.  They are crazy!!!  There is just far too much emotion and drama for me and they do some unbelievably immature and spiteful things.

We get along though and they like me and have a measure of respect for me (I work very hard) but they are so insecure both of them but the Pisces literally begs for your approval and there is h**l to pay if you don't give it to her!  

I make good money though and I stay under the radar and give them the kudos that they sooooo desperately need so I am okay for now;-)

On a good note, the Pisces gives me my freedom and as long as I get done what I need to she is fine.  The Scorpio is soooo intense when he wants something done he is relentless- but I do find him funny!

Like to leave things on a positive note- hahaha

I have a temporary job and my boss is a Libra i like him he is very laid back and chill person. And the person who is under him is a Cancer very funny guy he really cracks me up.To bad my job will finish the 1st of Sept.

at my current workplace:

my manager is an aries.

i have known enough aries to know him like from the back of my hand. though he's my manager, its been almost 2 months ive uttered a word to him. nuff said.

my big boss is a taurus.

i like it that he's trusting, smart, practical minded, flexible and not stingy with his money. he can understand the bigger picture of things though he can be a bit chauvinistic and a bit naive since hes too trusting. nevertheless, looking at his good personal and professional qualities, i can say, he's one of the bosses that i look up to.

second boss is a cancer.

he can 'read' me and i can 'read' him. giving a hard, mirco look at cancers, we both are very much alike yet very much different, i like to think im far more evolved than he is, as he still manipulates and backstabs other including me. it bothers me greatly that sometimes i need to stoop as low as him to deal with him. in a word, he's disappointing. but im learning to deal with his inadequacies, rather than more of his good qualities.

Not currently working, but my last boss I had for quite a few years.

She was a Capricorn. I am an Aquarius sun/moon, Sag Rising, so I'm very people oriented and I do pretty well under pressure considering I have a naturally chill/friendly exterior around strangers.. She would treat me fairly well compared to everyone else (we are distantly related.. haha) but at times I wanted to yell back at her as well.. hahaha She tended to be very pessimistic about everything and everyone and made sure to criticize them to their face about it (which I'm pretty sure is NOT a Capricorn trait, but I could be wrong.) She also did not work well under pressure and would blame things on people when things got too fast paced.. I was pretty calm for the most part and was able to talk to the customers when things got tough. Since we both worked the same section of the business, it's probably better because we sort of balanced each other out I guess.. haha

I have a few people I have to answer to.  My main boss is a Taurus and I'm a Libra.  She's very laid-back, not as talkative as I am.  It takes a lot to ruffle her feathers.  She has a very dry sense of humor.  Most people think she's serious and get really offended.  Being the peace-making Libra I am, I usually explain that she was kidding and that's her brand of humor.  

I also work a lot with my Leo supervisor.  She's awesome!!!!  She's very blunt and outspoken.  When you're nice and respectful to her, she's the sweetest, most generous, and nicest person you'll ever meet.  But if you're disrespectful to her, she'll tell you what to do to yourself in an instant.  And she's always running around, kinda dramatic.  It makes the day very entertaining.

I also have a few supervisors I don't work with too often:  a Capricorn and two Geminis.  The Cap has the same kind of humor as the Taurus, and it's hard to tell when she's being serious or joking.  But once you understand it, she's hilarious.  She's also quite opinionated and has to be in charge.  Being a fellow Cardinal Sign, I sometimes have a hard time with that.  The two Geminis are very nice and friendly.  One is more active that the other.  She is always running around finding stuff to do.  The other is more laid back and isn't as busy of a bee.  But both have their Happy Twin and Angry Twin.  Hard to guage which one will pop up, but I usually just wait it out on the Angry Twin.  Eventually the Happy Twin will come back!

I've never had a job, I'm still a student, but I'll tell you about my principal. xD

He's a Scorpio and NO, I DO NOT LIKE HIM.

Majority of kids at my school think he's like the coolest guy, but he isn't. He got fired from our school and I'm glad...he would like talk about other students to other students...that made me really not trust him...and he thought I was a boy when he first saw me...that made me really angry....

One is a Sagittarius, One is a Leo, and One is a Scorpio.  I get along with all three because I'm a Pisces.  There are definite personality traits evident with each sign.  The key is to learn each personality in depth in order to learn how to best handle them.  This is a fantastic business tactic.  If nothing else, it will help you understand why they act they way they do.

Well I don't have a boss at the moment but i will tell you about the ones I had.

job1 :Leo Boss, and her mother was a pisces, she was about 60 something, she was crazy. Shes the one who made me quit. Can you say Psycho?

job2 :Aries,Capricorn manager and Leo boss. The Capricorn was a nervous wreck who didn't know his job, I wonder how he became manager.
