Question:

What is the Average line loss or power loss for any Power Generartion Plant(Diesel)?

I know there is certain power loss for power station and then there is a loss for transmission of power to end users. If anyone can answer both of the amount or percentage( the usual norm?) of power used for station use and transmission use... Maybe even the formula for calculating the loss avg.
