What is the Azure Flute in diamond? ? ?

i have an action replay and i got and azure flute from the guy in the poke mart but i was wondering what does it do? ? thank you!!

Go to the spear pillar where you battled dailga/palkia and use the item. Stairs will appear and at the top will be arceus. It is at lvl 80 so be readily prepared. You could jsut use a masterball but wheres the challenge in that?

You use that to catch Arceus the strongest of all wild pokemon staring at level 80 so It will be hard to catch to you might wanna use a masterball

You Go Up To The Spear Pillar (Where You Caught Dialga/Palkia) And Then When You Are Up There Click X Then Your bag will open then find the azure flute and click a on it then you will blow it and a song will come on and then a mysterious Staircase will appear then Walk up it and Arceus is standing at the top then press A to battle arceus

He is lvl 80
