What is the best webcam I can but, I do not care about the price because it is for my mother across the ocean (China) and I would like to chat with her with the best quality possible.

So, what is the BEST webcam to get? Excellent quality sound and frames.

Logitech seems to be at the top of every list Ive seen...  Im also a big fan....   Logitech QuickCam UltraVision....
