  7. well idk about eyeshadows bc i stick to mac and mmu pigments and eyeshadows BUT i know of something that will work wonders for keeping color on your face. try L'oreal de-crease. its an eyeshadow base and it keeps your shadow from creasing for up to 7 hours. i had on some shadow yesterday with the base and the color stayed true for up to 8 hours! it was amazing! AND it is around $7! ive seen this being compared to urban decay primer potion and UDPP works wonders so i really encourage you to ty l'oreal de-crease!

  8. either maybelien or covergirl. get it in waterproof.

  9. REVLON definitely! :)

  10. Every drug store brand has good items, just not all their items in one line is usually good- you have to mix and match with less expensive brands.  Anything Loreal makes is pretty good since they are owned by Redken.  Loreal and Revlon have good eyeshaow.  You can buy a special cream to put behind your shadow- but I am not sure if you can get it at Wally world.  I think Almay or Cover Girl makes a shadow with an extra base coat color on the palette.  Good Luck!

  11. Mix Your Eyeshadow with a drop of water, It Sticks and make's it moosey.

  15. maybeline, to be honest for it to stay on you dont need all those fancy primers. A little bit of vaseline does the trick you barely need any :)
