What is the BEST media converter?!?!?!?

I mean really, better than the rest hands down. Well if there isn't 1, then can you tell me a really good 1 then? i mainly need the conversion from FLV. to WMV.. But i still need the conversion for other media types too. And please don't tell me a online 1. also money isn't a problem with me.

um... you can check by their encoding and look in CNET DOWNLOAD

check other people and editor rating. see how many download they have.

like I said. look for their encoding, what encodes of video and audio they have. but I really don't think any is perfect. becaz it's reencoding. so it's sorta like record it. it's not gonna turn out the same as original file
