  1. Porch and floor enamel.

Here is a hint on how to paint the stairs if you don't have a walk-out:  Either:

    1) Paint every other step one day and when cured (in a day or two) come back and paint the remaining steps.

    2) Paint the left 2/3 of each step.  Let cure then paint the right 2/3.  This gives you a double coat in the center where it's likely to get more wear.

Either method allows you to climb the steps by stepping in the dry spots.  It allows you to paint top to bottom that is easier than bottom to top.

  2. What are the stair made out of? That will affect what kind of paint you get. If it is concrete, there is a paint that is specifically designed for use o concrete and they carry it at Lowe's or Home Depot. I would also suggest an oil-based exterior paint because it is very heavy duty and can be applied to almost any surface. Just be careful when you use it, because it does not come off of things like latex paint. You will really have to scrub to get it off your skin as well.

  3. deck paint
