Working at home is usually either about working for a normal company from home or just working for yourself. Most people work for themselves.

You should really avoid all the things like rebate processing, data entry, surveys, blogs, or mlm or paypal pyramid schemes. All of them either make you next to no money or they're a scam. The more legitimate ways of making money online are things like selling on ebay or outside of ebay or affiliate marketing or selling digital products.

It really depends how you want to get started. There's tons of ways of making money online, but you should be careful because a lot of them are scams. You should ask yourself whether or not you want to put the time and research into looking at different ways to do it or whether you want to pay for the information (*like buying a book or online program) so you can get started sooner. There's no cut and dry 1 step answer. I've been a work at home mom for 3 years and I still read about new ways to make money online.

Your question creates a problem because everyone will answer you with what they consider to be the best program - they will all be different.

Its like asking "How long is a piece of string?" There isn't really a hard and fast answer.  There are really good affiliate programs out there, and there are also bad ones.   A lot of it depends on answers you have to ask yourself, like;

Am I interested in this area?

How much time can I spend?

Do I have any knowledge at all in this area?

The easiest solution I usually give is to say "Create your own products, list on Clickbank and get other affiliates to sell it for you".  But I realize that might sound easy to some folks, and others won't have a clue what I'm talking about.

Clickbank is your ideal resource for finding affiliate products to sell, but once again, are you interested in digital type products, or hard products that have to be shipped?  

You need to ask yourself some questions before you start looking at how you want to make money online.

Hi Sazmee!! ok, i think i have the program you are really looking for to make some good money online. I'm not going to promise you a million bucks in a month like a lot of the MLM companies do but you can make some great money. This system is soo sooo easy to use and even though it does cost money to start up, it's less than a combo meal at a fast food place. Hey, I have been working online for the past 6 -7 months, and I learn more each day about how it actually works. I am a big fan of not spending money on "systems."

I lost $3K doing that... mostly on Adwords, but thats a whole different animal in itself.

Here is the bottom line: If you are not afraid to do some work (I spend 2-3 hours a night after my "real" job ends) then there are great possibilities. But you must be ready to research, write content, and find great niche markets.

There are many ways to make money online. The real trick is sorting out the legitimate money-makers from all the scams that are out there (many of which get listed at Yahoo Answers, I'm afraid).
