What is the BEST way to go on a diet?

Does anyone know a healthy way to lose weight. Or did you try a good diet and it worked? Specifically to say a "healthy diet". Especially one where weight doesn't come back right back at you. And since I said healthy this means starvation excluded.

  1. Two easy examples: cut out the worst (pop, beer, chips, chocolate, anything that just isn't healthy, and the 10/10000. The just plain unhealthy stuff becomes a treat; try to cut it back to just one indulgence once or twice a week. The 10/10000 refers to 10% less food (and drink, other than water) at every meal and 10000 extra steps above and beyond your usual activity and any exercise you do. 10000 steps sounds like a lot, but that's less than 2 miles of walking.

    Start small. Every week try find some new way to improve, either with more excercise/activity or by eating a little better. Don't worry so much about exact numbers of calories or eating the perfect food, just always push to be a bit better.


  2. yes. The only good diet is a healthy diet. Try eating 6-8 small meals a day. 200-300 calories a piece. Also, if you are a gym person, Running, working out your back muscles and leg muscles speed your metabolism up drastically. This will help you burn fat, lose weight, and tone up. hope this helps

  3. Take a beer mug full of white gourd juice and add 2 tablespoon full of honey and have it in empty stomach in the morning. N see the difference.
