What is the BJ's restaurant interview process like?

I have an interview on thursday and I was just wondering how the interview process is.

First is a brief interview to make sure your appearance is suitable and a first impression with some questions. Then a profile test and then a third with the GM.

there are three rounds. the first is for everyone. they ask you some simple questions about yourself and your work experience. make sure you are in complete business attire and always restate the questions in your answers. almost everyone makes it pass the first round and goes on to the second. the second round is where it gets intense. they ask you a lot of detailed questions about previous work experience in restaurants. they want to make sure that working at bj's will be your number 1 priority is selected. they also ask you to name alcohol brands just to test your knowledge. is you make it past this you're off to see the general manager
