What is the Best Condo or Villa in Cancun?

We need a great place and a great value for our family of 8. We work hard all year and we need something nice like a Condo or Villa in Cancun that is Five Star and very worthy!!

Villas Marlin are about 20 years old, the best condos in Cancun are Bay View Grand and PortoFino go to http://skyvillas.net and http://www.FiveStarCancun.com  for a good, US quality place.  Mexico in not  necessarily about nice, it depends what you like.  But Cancun has a "New" side since the Hurricane and it is definitely at Bay View Grand and http://www.skyvillas.net.  They are about half as expensive as a hotel.  The Quality is there mainly for families. College and wild partiers are probably happier at the Oasis, and you can not thrash or trash a private condo, but they are the best and the best value.

I really can't say which one is the best, but I would recommend something in the hotel zone. I'm not sure how much you are willing to spend, but there are a wide variety of condos and villas in Cancun. Good Luck and have fun.
