What is the Best Mascara?

Question

Looking for a Great mascara. All mascaras are expensive these days! So I want the best bang for the buck! Right?

Beautiful thick dark lashes! Best waterproof and best non?

Best Dark blue and Best darkest black! Thank!

I have tried many expensive department store brands I still think Maybelline is the best.  Many people like the one in the pink container with the green cap. I personally love the one in the navy blue container with the silver cap.  I think it is almost better once it gets a little older because it sticks better.  It doesn't matter if you use waterproof or not  (I prefer not) just make sure you use a good eye makeup remover to take it off before you go to sleep.

I love Maybeline Great Lash Blackest Black. Both their waterproof and non waterproof are great. I don't know about who makes the best blue as I don't use blue mascara. I highly recommend Great Lash though.

I have tried many mascaras and I like DiorShow, Clinique, and BadGal. I have Maybelline's Define-A-Lash (the lime green tube) and it's waterproof, but I find it doesn't work well for me at all. I'm not sure if it clumps my lashes, but when I get it to where I want, it looks like I have HEAPS of mascara on and that they are all clumpy. It works for some people, I have seen, but not me. I like really big brushes because they catch all lashes. And it is really hard to get me to be satisfied with my lashes so these products are really good.

Also.. for waterproof mascaras, I think you need a special eye make-up remover, because normal ones don't work in my experience.

Non-waterproof:

Clinique high impact mascara (mascara impact optimal).

Also, I have been told by a makeup professional that waterproof mascara is bad for your lashes and makes them dry and brittle.

the covergirl line has the best waterproof mascaras. i personally LLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOVE healthy volume from neautrogena. dark long non clumped lashes. its a VERY good idea to get primer(some mascaras come with it) before you apply mascara because it helps it stay on longer and go on easier. Almay mascaras has the best line for colored lashes, but not bright. they correspond to your eye color so they look awesome! go to walmart for the best deal!

the best no clump would be Great Lash....i LOVE their water proof too! and for length i love loreal's telescopic mascara! it make my lashes sooo long! i havent really found one that makes my lashes thick. :( i have kind of given up hope on that and decided its eitgher i use fake lashes or just accept the fact i wont have thick lashes but seriously, Great Lash and the telescopic ones are amazing!
