What is the Best Thai Vegitarian dish?

I think Thai Tofu Stir Fry! I like to have Amy's thai tofu stir fry because if I'm in a hurry them I can just heat it up in the microwave and eat fast, but I'm sure that there are lots of great recipes out there.
