Hey guys, i live in asia.. In Mongolia and when i graduate my school my only purpose is to study in Japan. Which is the best university in japan?

People say that the best is University of Tokyo. Is that true?

but generally, University of Tokyo is No.1, and Kyoto University is No.2.
