What is the Best dish Indian Cuisine??

i'm hopping to visit an Indian restarant, but i don't know what to order.

Tandoori chicken. It is chicken marinated in spices and yogurt, then roasted in a special clay oven.

Carrots and cauliflower in a korma sauce.

Naan bread.

Slow-cooked kale or other green leafy vegetables.

Cucumber in yogurt as a salad or pickle.

I am from the south of India so my fav dishes won't be at a typical restaurant (uppam and mutton stew).

But I love chicken tikka masala (or if its not there then butter chicken is pretty similar) with bathoora. Chicken tikka masala is pieces of spicy chicken in a creamy, tomato gravy. Bathoora's are really heavy Indian flat bread. I can't eat more than one so I also up on plain naan.

For veggie food I love palak paneer (AKA saag paneer) which is spinach with Indian style cottage cheese. It has the texture closer to tofu than to western cottage cheese.

Oh and dosas are like crispy crepes and nothing like pitas, they don't make pockets. They are made from fermented rice flour.

For me it's kebab (chicken malai kabab or hariyali kabab are mild butter very flavorful) and lamb or goat Biriyani (rice and meat). Are you vegetarian? then go for dahi-wada or palak paneer. For dessert you may try kheer (rice pudding) or kulfi (ice cream). As far drinks are concerned if you like light tarty savory flavour go for jal-jeera or salt lassy (tastes like Airan, yogurt based drink) or sweet lassi. Enjoy!

Chicken tikka masala!

Chicken tikka masala is so popular in the UK (where they eat a lot of Indian food) that at one point it was the national dish of the UK!

If you're vegetarian, I would recommend a potato & peas curry dish.  They are sure to have something like that on the menu.
