i want to know which eyeliner is best?

what brand and color??? pls state the color line, like if it is is cosmic brown...etc...i want an eyeliner that goes in my lids smoothly.. something that isn't dry at all...thanks .. and pls something that is also available in the philippines...thanks,,, 10 pts for best answer

I really like Revlon Color Stay, Black Brown. It really stays on all day and it comes with its own sharpener. If you can't get it in the Philippines, try going online. Best of luck! A good eyeliner that works for you is essential! :-)
